You’ll coordinate with the Store Manager, manage bookings, and support the team in delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional dog grooming.
• Grooming qualification preferred, but not essential.
• Ability to embed strong safety practices in salon and store.
• Knowledge of breed clips and grooming styles.
• Physically fit to lift heavy animals.
• Experience handling live animals.
• Understanding of zoonotic and skin diseases and how to identify them.
• Ability to meet grooming KPIs-through high-quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide full grooming services for a variety of breeds.
• Deliver a positive and memorable grooming experience for dogs and customers.
• Coordinate the grooming salon and clients with the Store Manager.
• Make client bookings.
• Support store team with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high salon presentation and oversee stock.
• Work with the team to meet member program targets and expectations.
• Support local marketing opportunities and recruitment referrals.
• Work with team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain a strong safety mindset and culture within the team.
