InvoCare is seeking a client-focused professional to join our Client Care team in South Windsor, NSW. You will manage a high volume of calls from clients who have experienced pet loss, perform precise data entry, and coordinate information between client care, operations and cremation teams to deliver a dignified, timely service.

Qualifications
