Bittn Termite + Pest is hiring licensed pest technicians to service Ipswich and surrounding areas. You’ll manage inspections and treatments from a stocked van, with a clear career ladder from technician to leadership roles, while working for an Australian-owned company that values local patches and real career growth.

Qualificações

• A current pest management licence covering general pest and timber pest.
• A valid open driver's licence and fitness for physical work.
• Experience in training techs or leading a team is a plus and ladder growth is offered.
• Strong customer communication; explain termite risk in plain English.

Responsabilidades

• Run inspections and treatments on your patch (Ipswich and surrounds).

What your day looks like

Your patch is Ipswich and surrounds, out to Springfield, Goodna and Redbank Plains. Not an hour on the Ipswich Motorway every morning.

You'll run your own day from a stocked van: general pest and termite inspections and treatments for homes, strata complexes, rentals, lifestyle communities and businesses across your patch. More customers now book and pay online, with the job sized and matched to the right technician up front, so work turns up properly scoped. You'll explain what you found at the door, document it before you drive off, and finish your reports on the clock, not at the kitchen table.

Some of it is physical: roof voids, subfloors and Queensland summers are part of the deal. If you like real work, done properly, in your own patch, this is it.

Who we're looking for

• A current pest management licence covering general pest and timber pest. Licensed interstate and keen on Queensland? Talk to us.
• Habits you're proud of: you turn up, you do it properly, and your reports make sense to whoever reads them next.
• A good manner with customers: you can explain a termite risk in plain English without scaring anyone.
• A current open driver's licence and fitness for physical work.

The details

• Salary: $77,000 to $92,500 plus super, based on your skills and experience, plus overtime.
• Company vehicle for work use, uniform kit and full IT package provided.

• Successful candidates complete pre-employment checks: a functional physical assessment, references and a national police check.
