Qualifications

• Qualified applicants must hold pest control certification or licence.
• Trainees must demonstrate willingness to obtain relevant qualifications.
• Experience in pest control, hospitality, facilities management or similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and assess infestations to determine treatment solutions.
• Apply pest control treatments safely using industry methods and equipment.
• Install and maintain pest control systems including traps, baits and monitoring devices.
• Provide advice to clients on pest prevention and maintenance options and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, inspections and client interactions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations at all times.
• Build positive client relationships through professional communication and reliable service delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging pest management techniques.
• Support team members and contribute to a collaborative workplace culture.
