Qualifications

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel
• Pest control licence preferred but training provided
• Able to work independently and in crawl/roof spaces
• Eagerness to learn and develop through on‑the‑job training and courses

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify pests on customer premises
• Perform pest eradication and prevention activities
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Provide sound advice to customers regarding on-site pest issues
• Utilise advanced technology for SMART pest control
• Undertake both theory and practical training
• Assist and work under the supervision of a licensed technician
• Adhere to all WHS practices and policies
• Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities
• Present professionally with exceptional customer service skills
