Insight Pest Solutions MEL Pty Ltd. seeks a qualified General Pest Technician to join the new Sydney branch as a founding member. You will run your own routes delivering high-quality residential pest control, with a focus on efficient schedules and a pathway to termite work as you qualify.

• Experience delivering general pest treatments in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect homes for pest activity and entry points.
• Apply safe, effective pest treatments using approved products.
• Quote additional services, including termite work when qualified.
• Provide friendly, professional service and clear customer communication.
• Record findings and treatments using mobile tools.
• Follow WHS, chemical handling and environmental guidelines.
• Work in roof voids, subfloors and outdoor areas.
• Support the Sydney launch and the wider branch.
• Maintain equipment, PPE and vehicle stock.
• Safely lift and carry equipment (15kg+).

About the Role

You’ll be running your own routes and delivering high-quality pest control to residential customers, with the branch built around keeping you productive rather than stuck in traffic. Your day will include:

Inspecting homes for pest activity, entry points and conditions that attract pests

Applying safe, effective pest treatments using approved products and methods

Identifying and quoting additional services where a customer genuinely needs them, including termite work once qualified

Providing friendly, professional service and clear communication to customers

Using mobile and reporting tools to record findings and treatments accurately

Following WHS, chemical handling and environmental guidelines at all times

Working in roof voids, subfloors, around the outside of homes and in outdoor areas

Supporting the wider branch, especially through the Sydney launch

Looking after equipment, PPE and vehicle stock

Safely lifting and carrying equipment (15kg+)

Representing Insight professionally in the field

About You
