Job summary

Sitzler Pty is seeking an experienced Project Administrator (Expression of Interest) to support a major Western Australian government infrastructure project. You will provide administrative support across commercial, procurement and project delivery functions, ensuring accurate records and efficient processes on site in Perth.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Project Administration, Finance or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in project administration or a related support role.
• Exposure to construction, infrastructure, engineering or project environments is highly regarded.
• Experience managing documentation, registers, reporting and project systems.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to project and commercial teams.
• Maintaining project documentation, registers, records and filing systems.
• Administering project collaboration platforms and project management tools.
• Processing invoices, commitments, purchase orders and job costing information.
• Supporting subcontract administration activities and project procurement processes.
• Assisting with project reporting, progress claim administration and maintenance of contract registers.
• Managing project accommodation, travel bookings, office functionality and equipment coordination.
