Job summary

Asahi Beverages Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and repair beverage and dispensing equipment across Perth metro areas. This hands-on, mobile role requires independent work and strong customer interaction.

You will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing installations, and maintaining service records while upholding safety standards. A trade qualification is essential and training is provided.

Qualifications

• You’re a hands-on problem-solver with great communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and service.
• Trade qualification in refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or similar, e.g. restricted electrical ticket
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Commitment to environmental responsibility and workplace safety

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites across Brisbane to install, service or repair beverage dispensing equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain van stock and keep records of work completed.
• Communicate critical information about product performance to service teams.
• Identify and escalate safety, quality or performance risks on sites.
