Job summary

Crown Resorts Perth is expanding its Medical Response Team and seeking experienced Medics to deliver prompt, professional first aid and emergency care across Crown Perth operations and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Medical Services Manager, you will be a single responder in a fast-paced, 24-hour environment.

The role requires at least 3 years’ operational experience, a Diploma in Emergency Health Care or Paramedical Science, and the ability to work autonomously on rotating shifts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ recent, relevant operational experience.
• Diploma required: HLT51020 or Diploma of Paramedical Science.
• Ability to work autonomously and under pressure; calm and decisive.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional first aid and emergency medical care.
• Respond promptly to medical incidents and coordinate patient care.
• Take clinical leadership at incidents, coordinating scene management.
• Liaise with external Emergency Services for patient handover.
• Comply with Crown Perth policies and health & safety requirements.
