Ability Action Australia is launching a Graduate OT program for new graduates. The role offers community and clinic-based work with mentorship and structured onboarding to develop clinical reasoning, reporting, and patient-centered care.

You will be supported through weekly supervision, dedicated mentor, and access to multidisciplinary teams while growing your professional independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduated OT entering the graduate program.
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn.
• Flexible, growth‑oriented, supportive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals.
