Ability Action Australia is seeking new OT graduates to join our graduate program across Perth and regional WA. You'll be supported, mentored, and celebrated as you start your OT career in a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred NDIS supports.

You'll complete assessments, write reports, and work with participants and carers to help achieve goals, with flexible options to work from office or home and access to PD funding.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration.
• Excited to learn and try new things.
• Keen for a workplace with flexibility, growth and support.
• Ready to make a difference in people’s lives.
• A licensed driver with your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
• Advocating for and working with participants and carers to help achieve goals.
