Ability Action Australia in Western Australia is offering a graduate program for OT graduates transitioning into clinical settings across the Perth region. You will be supported with onboarding, mentors, supervision, and opportunities to develop clinical reasoning, communication, and advocacy with participants and families.

You'll gain hands-on experience in community and clinic settings, complete assessments, write reports, and work with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate OT (class of 2026) ready to start
• AHPRA registration or eligibility to register
• Driver with own vehicle and valid license
