Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers & Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments in WA. Earn competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and a pathway to permanent roles.

On-site work across landscaping, construction, warehousing and shopfitting with PPE requirements and immediate start. Ideal candidates have 12 months’ Labour/Trade Assistant experience, a Construction White Card, a current driver licence, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Container unloading
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
• General manual handling duties

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up

• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card

• Reliability and punctuality

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Hard hat
• Safety glasses
• Work gloves
• High-visibility clothing
