Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in New South Wales. You will perform general labouring duties, assist trades and help keep worksites safe and productive.

Minimum 12 months' experience, Construction White Card and a current driver licence are required. The role offers competitive pay, a daily travel allowance and weekly wages with potential for permanent opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, with opportunities to work across a variety of industries including:

• Commercial and residential landscaping
• Residential and commercial construction
• Warehouse fit-outs and pallet racking installations
• Shopfitting and carpentry projects
• Demolition and strip-out work
• General labouring across manufacturing and industrial sites
• Site clean-ups and final cleans

Typical tasks include:

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required

What We're Looking For

To join our team you must have:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant

PPE Requirements

You must supply your own PPE, including:

• Steel-capped boots
• Safety glasses
• High-visibility clothing
