Job summary

Engineeringtradesaustralia seeks an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for Perth metro projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards across multiple civil works sites.

The role starts as a contract with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will coordinate crews, plant and subcontractors, review drawings, and liaise with project managers and engineers to keep schedules and quality on track.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience within civil construction, preferably in land development.
• Previous experience supervising civil works and site crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervising civil construction crews, plant and subcontractors.
• Coordinating daily site activities and project resources.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
• Managing site productivity and maintaining project schedules.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring compliance with relevant safety requirements.
• Providing leadership and support to site personnel.
