Job summary

Lyra Technology Group’s operating company CT Group in Perth is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join the team and nurture long-term relationships with key clients. The role requires regular face-to-face and virtual engagements, strong stakeholder management and acting as the primary escalation point for client issues.

You will manage an established portfolio, coordinate with Operations, Projects and Sales, and identify opportunities for technology upgrades to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in MSP, Managed Services or Technology Services.
• Owns and manages an ongoing client portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead client conversations independently.
• Ability to operate autonomously, make sound decisions and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of clients with high engagement.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs and roadmaps.
• Serve as primary escalation point for client issues.
• Identify opportunities for technology upgrades and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to progress client opportunities.
• Maintain client information and roadmaps in HaloPSA.
• Provide budgetary and planning information with relevant teams.
• Drive continual improvement through client feedback.
