Job summary

RSC, a leading geological consultancy, is seeking a Principal Resource Geologist to join our Perth team. You will lead resource estimation projects, ensuring compliance with JORC, NI 43-101, and other reporting codes, while applying advanced QA/QC and sampling theory to audit client data.

Ideal candidates will have 8–15 years in resource estimation, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal English communication for client liaison and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–15 years industry experience in resource estimation.
• Geostatistics coursework or degree highly regarded.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource estimation projects, ensuring compliance with JORC, NI 43-101, and other international reporting codes.
• Apply QA/QC and sampling theory to audit client data and ensure data quality standards.
• Engage directly with clients to deliver expert technical advice and high-quality reports.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects.
• Lead training and client-facing activities to support RSC's growth.
