Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Perth-based Geologist to contribute to projects across Australia and internationally. The role suits someone with 1–5 years of industry experience who enjoys fieldwork, data collection and collaborative problem-solving.

You will plan and execute exploration field programs, supervise drill projects, manage geological datasets, and support GIS and 3D modelling. Travel and cross-disciplinary teamwork are expected in this dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geoscience.
• 1–5 years of relevant field experience.
• Demonstrated field competency in: drill supervision, sampling, mapping, QA/QC and field safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute exploration field programs.
• Supervise drilling programs with safety and QA/QC.
• Collect, validate and manage geological datasets.
• Undertake geological mapping and field investigations.
• Interpret geological data for reports and client deliverables.
• Develop GIS databases and spatial analyses.
• Support 3D geological modelling and visualization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on environmental, mining and sustainability projects.
