Job summary

Right at Home in Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt is seeking an Aged Care Training Officer to develop and deliver training programs for their workforce. This role focuses on improving staff capabilities and service quality while ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Training and Assessment with substantial experience in aged care or community services.
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary practices is needed.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training and induction programs for staff.
• Monitor training records and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate both face-to-face and online training sessions.
• Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
