Right at Home in Kalgoorlie Wheatbelt is looking for an Aged Care Training Officer to enhance staff capabilities and service quality. The successful candidate will coordinate and monitor training programs across aged care, disability, and community services.

Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and relevant experience in aged care or community services. This role allows for substantial impact on staff performance and client care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Experience in aged care, home care, or community services.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary aged care practices.

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs.
• Conduct competency assessments and practical observations.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.
