Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead a dynamic PT team, recruit and mentor trainers, and drive business growth across the club. You will deliver outstanding coaching experiences, build client bases, and align national fitness initiatives with local club goals.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll energise your team, foster a high-performing environment, and partner with club leadership to ensure member success and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness or above.
• AUSactive/ Fitrec registration.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Working with Children check.
