Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs Australia is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to drive member sign-ups at the club level, deliver engaging tours, and present compelling options to new and existing members.

You will generate high-quality leads, present tours, and nurture every member journey with personalised service, helping people achieve healthier lifestyles while meeting club targets. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
• The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
• Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities.
• Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Opening and closing the club as per the club roster.
• Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
