Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking motivated Personal Trainers to join our community and build a long-term career. We provide a comprehensive PT induction, business tools, trackers, and a huge membership base to train from day one.

You’ll operate with premium facilities, backed by experienced mentors and clear career pathways. Whether you’re already qualified or starting your certification, you’ll gain independence to run your PT business with support, mentorship, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Qualified personal trainer with Cert III & IV in Fitness or willing to start certification.
• Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve goals.
• Self-starter motivated to build and grow a PT business.
• Strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence.
• Organised, professional, and driven to create a long-term fitness career.

Responsabilités

• Coach members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results.
• Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business.
• Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys.
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team.
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education.
