Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is looking for motivated Personal Trainers to join our vibrant community and build a thriving PT career. We provide a comprehensive PT induction program, client bookings, and business tools to help you grow your clientele from day one.

Not yet qualified? Through our partnership with one of Australia’s leading Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), we’ll help you get certified and kickstart your career within a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer with Cert III & IV in Fitness
• Or ready to start your certification
• Passionate about fitness and helping people achieve goals
• Self-starter focused on building a PT business
• Strong communicator who can inspire confidence
• Organised and professional with long-term career focus

Responsibilities

• Coach members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results
• Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business
• Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys
