Job summary

Fitness Cartel Australia & New Zealand is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our expanding network in Australia. You will coach clients one-on-one and in small groups, helping them achieve real fitness results while using business tools to grow your PT practice.

Our program includes a comprehensive PT induction, access to a large member base, premium facilities, and ongoing mentorship to build a long-term career in fitness. Certification support is provided through our RTO partnerships.

Qualifications

• Qualified Personal Trainer with Cert III & IV in Fitness, or currently pursuing certification.
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping clients achieve goals.
• Self-starter who is motivated to build and grow a PT business.
• Strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence.
• Organised, professional, and driven to create a long-term career in fitness.

Responsibilities
