Your expertise is recognised through a structured PT remuneration framework across four levels:
- Standard
- Senior
- Elite

Your level is based on:
- Certified industry qualifications
- Your professional PT experience
- Total PT hours delivered across your career
With PT delivery ranging from 20–40 hours per week, annual earnings range from $34,000 to $196,000, depending on level and experience.
An outstanding bonus package also rewards high performance and achievement of key KPIs.

- Supporting opening/closing responsibilities as rostered
- Certificate III & IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- High energy, professionalism, and entrepreneurial mindset
