Job summary

Spinal Life Australia is seeking a Personal Support Worker to assist clients with daily living, personal care and mobility needs across Cooran, Pomona and Tewantin. You will follow fixed fortnightly rosters and provide compassionate support to individuals with spinal cord injuries.

Training is provided from day one, with opportunities for career growth, wellbeing support and penalty rates for nights, weekends and public holidays. A passion to learn is highly valued.

• Personal Care: Help with grooming, bathing, dressing, and teeth cleaning.
• Mobility Support: Help clients move in and out of beds and wheelchairs, using hoists safely.
• Toileting: Assist with bathroom needs and bladder or bowel care.
• Health Care: Help with basic wound care and remind clients to take their medicine.
• Home Help: Prepare meals, do general cleaning, and wash clothes.
