Job summary

Spinal Life Australia is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients with acquired spinal cord injuries on the Sunshine Coast. You will support daily living activities and promote independence.

Responsibilities include safe transfers with hoists, personal care, bladder/bowel management, meal prep and household tasks. A flexible schedule and reliable transport are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Provide one-on-one in-home support for clients with spinal injuries.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and overnights.
