AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal is partnering with a premier plaintiff law firm in Sydney to hire a Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant. This role reports directly to the managing partner and supports high-stakes CTP and motor vehicle cases while contributing to a culture of learning and development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in personal injury, is client-focused, highly organized, and proficient in MS Office with a fast typing speed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in personal injury law including CTP/motor accidents (essential).
• Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for work.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook) and high typing speed (60+ wpm).
• Thrives in a busy, deadline-driven team environment.
• Long-term commitment to a first-class plaintiff firm that invests in staff.

Responsabilités

• Support Managing Partner as right-hand assistant/ paralegal.
• Assist with CTP, motor vehicle, civil liability and medical negligence matters.
• Prepare documents and manage workflow for the partner’s practice.
