AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal is seeking a Personal Injury Lawyer (1-3 yrs) for a premier national law firm. The role offers a hybrid work pattern with strong mentoring, and a clear path to career growth across Australia.

You will join a high-growth PI team, handling CTP, workers’ compensation and public liability matters, with some own-file carriage and support from senior lawyers and a leading partner.

Qualifications

• Admitted NSW lawyer with at least 1 year in personal injury law.
• Experience assisting senior lawyers with case management and files.

As a valued lawyer in their winning team led by an industry-leading partner and working closely with senior lawyers, you will relish the challenge+ satisfaction+ rewards of fighting for justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of a wide range of common law personal injury claims including:

• CTP (motor vehicle accidents), workers compensation/work injury damages and public liability.

You will have some carriage of your own files (subject to competency/exp)+ assist the practice leader/senior lawyers with some of their complex/large cases.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• Are an admitted lawyer in NSW;
• have MINIMUM 1 yror morewith plaintiff or defendant firms inANY 1 area of PERSONAL INJURY LAW:eg1) CTP/motor accidents; 2) Workers Compensation/Work Injury damages; 3) Public Liability; 4) TPD
• have experience actively assisting senior lawyers with case management of personal injury cases(or have also had carriage of your own files);
• are hungry to accelerate your career long-term with a 1st-class plaintiff firm (essential).
