AFL Recruitment - Accounting Financial Legal in Sydney is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant to support busy PI lawyers in CTP and workers compensation. You will assist with case management, liaise with clients, doctors and insurers, and help prepare court documents and briefs to barristers.

Competenze

• Minimum 12 months or more legal paralegal/secretarial/assistant experience in personal injury, including CTP.
• Must be a career legal secretary/administration professional or a current law student.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and communication skills are essential.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

WHO YOU ARE

• have MINIMUM 12 months OR MORE (senior candidates with 20+ yrs exp welcome) legal paralegal/secretarial/assistant experience in personal injury law including in CTP;
• are either a ‘career’ legal secretary/administrator OR a law student;
• have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ communication and interpersonal skills [essential];
