Empire Group in Sydney CBD is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join a respected plaintiff practice on a permanent basis. You will work with another Paralegal and a Legal Assistant, progressing a range of personal injury matters from commencement through to litigation.

Key responsibilities include managing files, drafting documents, liaising with clients, insurers and medical providers, and supporting lawyers with matter management in a collaborative, supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress personal injury files.
• Draft correspondence, legal documents and court material.

• Preparing briefs and assisting with litigation matters.

Our client is a highly regarded plaintiff law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients while maintaining a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture.

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join their Sydney CBD office on a permanent basis. Working alongside another Paralegal and supported by a Legal Assistant, you will assist the team with a mix of personal injury matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable Paralegal who enjoys taking ownership of files, building client relationships and playing a key role in progressing matters from commencement through to litigation.

The Role

Working across a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and progressing personal injury files
• Drafting correspondence, legal documents and court material
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers and other stakeholders
• Obtaining and reviewing medical records, evidence and supporting documentation
• Managing critical dates, diaries and appointments
• Preparing briefs and assisting with litigation matters
• Maintaining electronic and physical files
• Supporting lawyers with all aspects of matter management

The practice covers a variety of personal injury matters including Workers' Compensation and Work Injury Damages claims.
