Job summary

BravoFit is seeking a energetic fitness trainer at our Australia locations. You will design personalized exercise programs, train members, manage front desk tasks, and ensure a clean, welcoming gym environment.

You’ll need Cert 3/4 in Fitness, First Aid & CPR, WWC, and be able to work independently with a positive attitude. Training with Planet Fitness branding and safety protocols is expected.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness.
• Must provide valid certification or proof of progress.
• Must be First Aid & CPR certified or obtain within 3 weeks.
• WWC certificate required from start date; NPC 12 months validity.

Responsibilities

• Design individual exercise programs for members based on experience and goals.
• Submit training programs or logs to GM for review.
• Front desk duties: memberships, cancellations, tours, calls, cleaning.
• Inspect equipment and report malfunctions; monitor 30 min Express area.
