Job summary

Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Care Worker in Caboolture to support clients with personal care, domestic tasks, and social activities. You will follow care plans, report wellbeing changes, and contribute to service improvements while joining a compassionate community team committed to dignity and respect.

The role requires weekend availability, a Diploma or Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), and a valid Australian Driver’s Licence with full insurance.

• Weekend availability is required.
• Must hold a current Australian Driver’s Licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Positive, flexible attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Respect and empathy for clients, families and colleagues.

Your Role as Care Worker
