Job summary

Dovida Caregivers are invited to join a flexible casual role in North Lakes, QLD. You’ll help with domestic assistance, transport, and community access, bringing joy and connection to clients. No prior caregiving experience required, but a caring attitude and reliability are essential. Training and coaching provided to grow with the team.

We offer above‑award pay, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and the chance to work locally in your community with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous caregiving experience is required.
• Certificate in aged care or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Driver’s license with reliable car and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance, transport, and community access support.
• Offer compassionate, patient companionship and practical help.
• Shift availability on at least 3 weekdays from 7:00am onwards.

We're looking for compassionate, organised, and reliable Caregivers based in North Lakes who are available to work at least 3 weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 7:00am onwards.

The majority of shifts will involve Domestic Assistance services, with some transport and community access support.

No previous caregiving experience is required—if you have a caring attitude, a willingness to help others, and are dependable, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a casual role, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle — whether you prefer day shifts, evenings, overnights, or weekends.

ABOUT YOU

• Compassionate, patient, and personable
• Cert in aged care or equivalent is desirable but not essential
• Lived experience supporting elderly family members or friends is highly desirable
• Located in North Lakes, willing to travel between clients
• Available 3+ days (Mon–Fri from 7am)
• Have a smartphone and laptop/tablet
• Hold a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and comprehensive insurance
