Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support older people and those with disabilities in their own homes across the local area.

You will provide companionship, assist daily tasks, and help with personal care, while upholding dignity and respect in every interaction. A laptop/tablet and a valid Australian driver license are required, with travel between clients expected.

Qualifications

• Have a big heart, patience, and a desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within Coomera to Casino and travel a reasonable distance between clients.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to navigate apps.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance.
• Applicants must have permanent rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, daily tasks, and personal care as part of the Circle of Care.
• Support clients with appointments, shopping, and social outings as needed.
• Deliver care with kindness, respect and understanding inside clients’ homes.
