Job summary

Dovida Australia in Victoria is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors and people with disabilities at home. You will assist with daily tasks, provide companionship, and contribute to a Circle of Care.

Applicants must live near Frankston/Mornington Peninsula, be available 3 days a week, have first aid/CPR or willing to enroll, access to a car and current Australian driver's license, and permanent or temporary work rights.

Qualifications

• Must have a big heart with patience and a genuine desire to help improve the lives of seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within the Frankston/Mornington Peninsula area and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Must have a first aid and CPR or be willing to enrol.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smartphone to navigate various applications.
• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and comprehensive car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to clients in their home.
• Assist with daily tasks, errands, and personal care as needed.
• Contribute to a Circle of Care by offering respectful, patient-centered support.
