Job summary

Dovida Australia is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our national home-care team. You will provide companionship, assist with daily tasks, and support clients in their homes with respect and empathy.

The role is casual with flexible hours, offering in-house training and the opportunity to be matched with clients near you, focusing on language and interests wherever possible.

Qualifications

• Must have permanent or temporary rights to work in Australia.
• Willing to travel a reasonable distance between clients.
• Available 3+ days per week.
• Own a laptop/tablet and a mobile phone for apps.
• Must have a valid Australian driver’s license and access to a car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily tasks.
• Deliver personal care and support with dignity.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and social outings.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver with Dovida, you'll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home.

• Must be located within desired areas and willing to travel a reasonable distance from client to client.
• Must have a laptop/tablet and mobile smart phone to be able to navigate through various applications.
• Must have avalid Australian opendriver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
• Available 3+ days in the week
