Job summary

Dovida is a national provider of high‑quality, person‑centered home care. As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll offer companionship, assist with daily tasks, and deliver care with kindness and respect in your clients’ homes across the Mid North Coast.

This role features 10–15+ hours per week, a flexible schedule, paid training, and local work across Grafton and surrounds. You’ll need a valid Australian opendriver license, a reliable car, and the ability to travel 30–40 minutes within your area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Caregiver with Dovida, you’ll provide more than just support to your clients - you will become an essential part of their Circle of Care. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, offering companionship, or providing more complex care, you will bring kindness, respect and understanding into their home. We are a national company with a local approach - we service all of Mid North Coast including Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Laurieton, Kempsey, Taree, Forster and surrounds.

WHY BECOME A DOVIDA CAREGIVER?

• Work locally and get paid $41.47+ per hour with comprehensive training
• 10-15+ hours per week, Monday-Friday preferred with minimum Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday availability
• A flexible work schedule that enables you to work hours to suit you either during the day, evening, overnight or at weekends
• Comprehensive paid training/orientation

ABOUT YOU

• Be personable, compassionate, approachable, and able to build relationships.
• Must be located in desired areas and willing to travel up to 30-40 minutes within your local area
• Must have avalid Australian opendriver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance
• Happy to provide Domestic Assistance, Personal Care and Transport services to your clients
• Must have relevant experience or a certificate III in individual support or similar
