Southern Cross Care is seeking a dedicated Personal Care/Carer to provide pro-active, person-centred services to residents across shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate, tailored care and supporting residents’ health and wellbeing.

• Week 2; Tuesday 7.00am to 3.06pm, Thursday 6.00am to 11.00am and 7.00am to 1.00pm

About you

We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Certificate III in Aged Care.
• Experience as a Personal Carer and the ability to work without direct supervision.
• Good communication skills and the ability to manage your time well.
• A good understanding of how to support residents living with dementia.
• An understanding of theAged Care Standardsas they apply to this role.
• A Senior First Aid Certificate and an understanding of AN-ACC are desirable.
