Blue Care is seeking a Personal Carer for our Gympie Residential Aged Care Facility. This permanent part-time role offers $36.32 per hour plus superannuation, not-for-profit salary packaging, penalties and allowances.

Join a dedicated team to provide daily living support, follow individualized care plans, and help residents maintain independence and participate in social activities within a compassionate community.

Competenze

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with technology including smartphones, tablets, laptops.
• Able to pass probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Mansioni

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, mealtimes and mobility.
• Care in accordance with individualised Care Plan.

Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts

About the role

As a Personal Carer you’ll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility
• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Role requirements

• Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
