BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients at home in Caboolture and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living tasks, hygiene, meals and mobility, following each client's Care Plan. Travel between visits and act with compassion to enhance independence and quality of life.

Role requires a Certificate III in Aged Care or Equivalent, plus a valid Australian Driver's Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle. Salary packaging and benefits accompany this role.

Qualificações

• Certified aged care qualification required (Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent).
• Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a roadworthy vehicle for work.
• Ability to use phones/tablets for care coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance per Care Plan.
• Visit clients across Caboolture and surrounding areas, on the road, delivering care.
• Assist with showering, hygiene, meals, cleaning, laundry and ironing.
• Support participation in community activities and appointments.
• Transport and accompany clients to errands and medical visits.

Remuneration: $36.32 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts

About the role

As a Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities

In home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing

Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan

Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.

Role requirements

Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or an equivalent qualification - Essential

Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) - Essential

Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work- Essential

Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc

Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
