Job summary

Ageing Australia is seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to support older Australians in Shepparton, Victoria, helping them live independently in their own homes with dignity and respect.

This role offers guidance and training, including Certificate III in Individual Support and First Aid/ CPR, with resume and interview assistance, ongoing support, and flexible hours across weekdays and weekends to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Willing to obtain or hold required checks (e.g., National Police Check).
• Willing to undertake relevant training (Certificate III in Individual Support if not already qualified).
• Hold or be willing to obtain a current driver’s licence and have access to reliable transport.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as required.
• Document care provided and communicate with clients, families, and care team.
