Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support residents in our aged care homes across Australia. You will help with daily activities, meals, and mobility while working closely with the care team to meet individual needs.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, have solid documentation and computer skills, and a genuine desire to make a difference in residents' lives. All shortlisted applicants must pass background checks and vaccination evidence.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required.
• Experience as a caregiver or similar is preferred.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensure residents feel heard, comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with the team to support residents with challenging needs.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments as needed.
• Be a friendly presence and respect privacy and dignity.
