Qualifications

• HLTHPS007 training is essential.
• Certificate III or IV in IS or nursing students with pharmacology/medication unit eligibility.
• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Ability to work rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and daily living support to residents.
• Administer and monitor medications per HLTHPS007.
• Support residents with mobility, meals, hygiene and social engagement.
• Promote dignity, independence, and meaningful connection for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow infection prevention and safety procedures.
• Adhere to WHS standards and quality expectations.
