Zusammenfassung

Infinite Care in Ipswich is seeking Personal Carer Workers to support elderly residents across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will join 17 homes nationwide, with induction and buddy support, and opportunities to cross-skill into hospitality and resident engagement teams.

Ideal candidates have aged care exposure, a passion for care, teamwork, safety awareness, and readiness to work in a shift-driven environment with strict safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Ideally one year demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector.
• A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
• Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
• Computer savvy including using emails, word and navigating inhouse training platforms.
• Excellent workplace safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears.
• Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)
• Industry work placement will also be needed to meet compliance standards.

About the Candidate

• Ideally one year demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector

• Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR
• have completed the Diploma of Nursing with an aged care placement OR
• now a 2nd year nursing student with a placement.
• we do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies. Industry work placement will also be needed to meet compliance standards.
• Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (*or willingness to obtain)
