Job summary

Bolton Clarke Glendale in Townsville is seeking a Casual Personal Care Worker to support residents with holistic, resident-centered care. You will assist with daily living, mobility, and activities while promoting independence and comfort.

The role offers flexibility for casual shifts, with opportunities for career progression within the Bolton Clarke care family. Aged care experience and appropriate checks are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in aged care highly regarded.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe, and timely personal care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living according to individual needs.
