Job summary

Estia Health is seeking dedicated aged care staff to join our team. You will work closely with colleagues to support residents with daily living activities, health monitoring, and personal care, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, plus caregiving experience, is preferred. Join a leading not-for-profit aged care provider committed to high-quality, person-centred care across multiple homes.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care (required).
• Experience as a caregiver or similar role.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives and be a true team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily life activities to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the care team.
• Encourage activity and engagement to keep residents mentally and physically active.
• Monitor and assist with health and treatments as directed by care plans.
• Respect residents' privacy and personal dignity at all times.
