Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to provide in‑home care to clients across the Yarra Ranges Shire and City of Maroondah Council in Victoria, Australia.

The role supports health, happiness, independence, and client choices, with qualifications including Certificate III in Individual Support, 6–12 months experience, First Aid/CPR, and a valid driver’s licence. Police checks are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–12 months experience in a similar role.
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Police Check valid within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain.
• Australian driver’s licence and your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering.
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home, domestic assistance—vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed linen, essential meal preparation, grocery shopping).
• Engaging in social activities as required.

Role

Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that centre around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

Responsibilities

• Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering.
• Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home, domestic assistance – vacuuming, mopping, laundry, changing bed linen, essential meal preparation, grocery shopping assistance).
