For Purpose Aged Care South Grafton Community Aged Care invites Personal Care Assistants to join a passionate, supportive team that puts residents first. Am and PM shifts are available in a welcoming, values driven workplace.

We look for empathy, strong communication, leadership, teamwork and practical clinical judgment. A National Police Check within the last 12 months and Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) are required.
